More To Life Than This..

Being an artist, honor student, and excelling at every academic and extracurricular program, isn't as easy as it sounds especially when you're a teen who has no social life and is bound to focusing on studies by your loving but overbearing mother. Everyone needs a break now and then, but it seems that Sia Marie has had one too many. After being kicked out of Miller High; For The Talented, one of the top private schools in the state due to multiple truancy offenses, Sia has been transferred to it's alternative school, Melancholy High; For The Behaviorally Challenged or Mellow High for short; in efforts to regain her position back at her previous school..but that was 2 years ago. Now 18 and a senior Sia's life has been put on lock down more than she can imagine, having to live a double life for when her mother isn't home and school being the only outlet to truly express herself. Realizing the deadline for teen experiences is approaching fast Sia bears a heavy burden on whether or not it's worth disobeying her mother's wishes or living life before graduating and going to college. With the help of her friend's of course, who or more than willingly to participate in any and every crazy shenanigan they can to help fulfill Sia's dreams but will the sweet taste of freedom she's been craving lead her down a dark bitter path or will it help change her life for the better? All Sia know's is that there's more to life than this..
