Johanna was 17 when she met Marcus who was 18. Marcus was the quarterback of the football team. Johanna was the Captain of the Dance Squad. They instantly knew that's the one they wanted to spend the rest of their lives with. They were both afraid to tell the other. The teenagers were both being abused at home. They made a pact to kill every person that hurt, bullied, or even touched someone in the wrong way. They call themselves the Goners.
