Synopsis
Callan Wren Quinn was a little red-haired, lightly-freckled boy. His name meant to be 'strong in battle' but how strong could he be when he was getting bullied by a mean little kid named Tommy. Thanks to one disastrous encounter between him and Tommy, Callan dislikes everything about himself as well as questions his friendship with his best friend Sarah.
Sarah Mildred Williams, a brown-eyed brown-haired sweet little girl who develops a little crush on her best friend and next door neighbour Callan. Sarah didn't understand why Callan was acting so different, until one day Callan shows her a side of him she's never seen before and it frightens her.
Follow the story of two kids where one broken boy and one gentle girl experience a journey of bullying, first loves and how to survive in a world where only the strong will prevail
Pretty much think I suck at synopsis' but I tried, I didn't know how to make it more interesting without giving too much away.
This is Book 1: The Warrior in my short stories series, each book will (to the best of my ability) be independent of one another.

What she saw in Him
Have you ever liked some guy that is popular, attractive and yet annoying, rude, mean at the same time? I'm sure nearly every girl has. Mikasa your typical girl who likes this really hot guy in her class but doesn't have the confidence to confess to him. Typical, isn't it? But don't think that they'll end up falling in love, that's too cliche. Instead it's going to be a whole twist and turn of events for this girl when she meets a boy called Alex whom she 'befriends.' Alex is the whole opposite of who Mikasa likes. Although, she becomes quite close to him, telling him her crush and him encouraging her and helping her out. Will spending time together bring them closer than just friends? A story that is nothing more closer to reality.
