Jesse heard her BFF's gasp and shriek, but no one else seemed to hear them. When poor little Jesse looked back at her friends what she saw made her shriek, her hands, which she had been leaning on for support slipped back. Her head and back slapped against the floor. Head throbbing back aching and blackness threatening to consume her vision, Jesse had only 3 thoughts in her head. Her first thought was of the strange creature she had just seen. It was like an extremely small, brown skinned, navy-blue haired girl with long, blue wings protruding from its back. Her second thought was of her friends and if they were ok or not. Her third and last thought before she blacked out was that she had been sitting on a field of soft grass with wind blowing through her hair, not on a cold, hard floor that felt like cement.
