Seventeen-year-old Haze has been plagued by relentless nightmares his entire life- dark, twisted visions that whisper of a creature lurking just beyond sight. 

When a mysterious girl arrives in town, strange and unsettling events follow, and Haze soon realizes she's connected to his disturbing dreams. Drawn to her despite the danger, he discovers she holds the key to a forgotten past and a haunting destiny.  As they delve deeper, they uncover secrets of vampires and the sinister forces that are out to get him. Together, they must face the shadows threatening to consume them both before time runs out.
