Just a typical day in the office, or is it? Maybe so, but this isn't your 'typical' typical office. Stacie, a bright eyed and eager to learn intern, can barely contain herself as she goes into the job she's dreamt of her whole life, while going to school to excel further in her career. It was a long road for Stacie, and many days her past seems closer and more eerily near than she'd care for.
Stacie has always been considered mature for her age, she didn't get along well with most of her peers growing up, and always felt a much stronger bond to those older and more experienced than her-- maybe because she was forced to grow up at such a young age, or maybe because she's an old soul. Talking to Stacie you'd think she was almost twice the age she is. She has this calm and aged sensation to her that intrigues people more and more as they get to know her.
Of the most intrigued, her executive attorney, Breyden, has formed an insatiable bond with Stacie. The two of them open early and close late and have this bantering, bickering relationship that one would only dream of having with a colleague, much less a boss and an intern.
