Frank is a 16 year old burn out who wants nothing more than to leave his small town. Gerard is a 17 year old comic book nerd who would do anything to achieve his dreams of becoming a comic book artist. Frank and Gerard have known each other since elementary school but they never spoke to each other, until they get assigned on an art project together. This only takes them further into their journey into love and freedom from their simple lives.
