Taylor is just getting used to her new life. Her once thought dead twin sister has been found, but she's nothing like she used to be. After all she was kidnapped and not meant to be found. Carter is the cool sister and gets mostly eveything she wants, and never follows the rules. How does she do it? All Carter brings is trouble and no good. Oh, but wait. There's one plus to all this crazness. And his name is Max.
