Jersey is an altogether different kind of a teenager, she doesn't have emotions easily, her parents have tried everything, therapists but feelings just isn't her. she has only two things she loves,ice cream and clothes.
Day is a guy she met at college in UCLA whom she initially disliked for loving ice cream as much as she does but as time goes on they became friends purely Platonic or so she thought.

An Unexpected Moment
... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote. As I transcribe it here, I have tried to update it a bit and give the characters/story more depth than what I had when I was younger. Hopefully it all gets pulled together!Complete

Luke Crosby love hockey. He doesn't love the fact that everyone thinks that because his last name is Crosby that he must be related to Sidney Crosby, which he isn't. He also doesn't love the fact that he is now his seventh school in three years because of his Mom's job. Brynn Washington might not know Luke before he joins the school but she knows his type. The hockey player who doesn't care who he hurts and worries only about himself. She isn't nice to him because she doesn't think that he deserves it. There is more to Luke than Brynn gives him credit for but he is just trying to fit in with his new hockey teammates, especially with a captain that feels threaten by him and a Coach that doesn't really like him but he still finds time to try and prove her wrong. *Background Information* Jayde and Ryan have had chemistry since 6th grade, you know the kind. They had 5 classes together, and serious feelings for each other the whole way through. It was a roller coaster ride like anything else. They flirted, played sports together, the whole bit. In seventh grade they weren't as close. Some say they didn't like each other that year, Ryan was actually pretty mean to Jayde that year. Then 8th grade brought them around full circle when Ryan started having feelings for Jayde again. They had gym together, and in December Jayde started liking Ryan too. In January they started "talking" and just before Valentine's Day came up, Ryan asked Jayde out. That week they became the next IT couple of their school, both being the most popular amung their peers. That summer things took a turn for the worst and the two broke up for an unknown reason.
