The book of chaotic black magic (a medieval fantasy roleplay)

In the land of Arianrod, exist three kingdoms: the kingdom of the humans, the kingdom of the elves, and the kingdom of the dwarves. Spawn from both elf and human, are the dark elves, who possess elvish features which mingle with human features also.
The dark elves have been cast away from elven society due to their considered impurity, and many have gathered together, vowing revenge. They seek the book of chaotic black magic, which allows anyone who reads it to gain chaotic, devastating black magic abilities.
The book is hidden, however, and the humans, the elves, the dwarves, and the dark elves, wish to claim it as their own.
