Six years after Allegaint, Tris Prior returns to Chicago to start a new life. The past six years has been living hell, going through simulation after simulation, and examined like a specimen by scientist David has secretly hired. Four years ago, Tris had escaped the prison once, going to Chicago to find her one and only, who have been grieving for her ever since she "died" in the Bureau, so that he can help her end this hell. But they failed, and in order to make sure that none of her friends were harmed, Tris strikes a bargain with David.

Now Tris has not only escaped, she has forever terminated the experiment. She's ready to leave it all behind and become someone new. 

Even if she's broken beyond repair. Even if the person that had made her feel safe and loved is forever gone.

Tobias is a broken man, broke by his childhood and the war. When a new girl arrives to the the city and becomes a part of his circle of friends, he can't help but notice there's something different about her, something familiar.

Can Tris find herself back? Can Tobias be mended with the help of the new and mysterious girl?

The basic plot of Divergent, Tris transferring to Dauntless and her and Four falling in love are still happening, but in different order and with my own twist to it. Like many fanfics, the war doesn't happen in this, but many twists, dangers and people from the past try to stop Fourtris's happiness. I hope you deside to read this, if you do, thank you <4 I'm currently editing this story, so it will become less cringy with every edited chapter. This story moves quite fast, in the beginning, but it worked for me when I started this story. I do NOT own Divergent, The great 5(Veronica Roth) does.
