A war has started, to be more specific, World War 3.
Everyone is panicking and choosing sides in the matter.
Meanwhile an organization has built an underground bunker for people to stay, while the war rages above their heads.
The bunker would provide the people with food, water, medical services, education and more.
But the bunker was only for those who were asked, due to a certain professions, or those who could pay a lot of money.
The news of the bunker spread over the globe and soon most all the people that had the money traveled to the United States, one way or another, and were sent down into the bunker.
