Your Quirk is called DNA, if you touch someone or obtain something like their hair you can use their Quirk. You can even combine one Quirk with another Quirk. Example, Fire Quirk mixed with a Creation Quirk. You can basically create any weapon or anything else such as nets out of fire. You get the same drawback as the person with the Quirk your using. For example if you were to use Ochaco's and Bakugo's Quirk you would also get nausea/sick and have extreme pain in your arms.

(Y/n)'s grandfather was a Pro-Hero in Japan. One of the best, in fact. He was in the top 20 Pro-Heroes. His Hero name was 'Manipulator' and his Quirk was Mind Manipulation. (Y/n) admired him a lot so when she heard that her family was going back to Japan, she wanted to tell him all about her Quirk. But sadly, when they got there, she was told that her grandfather died. They didn't stay there for long though, after their visit to Japan, they went back to America. Then 9 years later, (Y/n)'s parents decided to go back in Japan. To finally live there. (Y/n) was excited, thinking she'll not be homeschooled anymore because she was homeschooled all her life ever since her father's father's death. But due to strict parents, she continued homeschooling. 1 year later, she was bored. As always. So she decided to have a little fun around, only for her fate to turn around... !
