"I don't want to leave you..." I said, pulling her tighter in my embrace.
"It's not a choice, you know that." She hugged me tightly and gave me a kiss on the forehead.
Dong! Dong! The large bell tolled. 2 o' clock. I looked out of the window of the bedroom. There was already a crowd of people gathering around the Town Square.
"I love you Neal, but go, before they figure out what we did." 
I gave her a little nod and put the cloak over my head, hiding my tear-filled eyes.
