"Yes, Elise, three rules. Don't break them no matter how tempting." I nod, still very confused.
"One, don't expect anything from him, he's very unpredictable. Two, don't argue or try to outsmart him, he has a way with words, he can and will turn anything to his favor. Are you listening to me." she says in a serious tone.
"Yes, Madame, i'm listening, now what's the third rule?" She takes a deep breath.
"It sounds silly, but, don't forget this one, don't fall for him. Do you understand?" She looked at me wide-eyes.
