Pariwanta ist eine junge Katzenkoboldin vom Stamm der Wolken, welcher in der Region um das Dorf Keillun lebt. Vor einigen Jahren übernahmen die Menschen den Kontinent und verbannten die Kobolde in die Schatten. Trotz der Feindschaft zwischen den beiden Völkern ist Pariwanta fasziniert von den "Felllosen". Zu gerne würde sie sich ihnen nähern und ihre Dörfer und Städte durchwandern ... doch dazu muss sie etwas Verbotenes tun.
"Shifting" ist ein Teil meiner bisher noch nicht veröffentlichen "Weltenwanderer Saga", welche mehrere Bücher umfasst. Bei "Shifting" handelt es sich um eine Spin-Off Kurzgeschichte, die in der selben Welt spielt.

To bait a falcon, a very small bird is fitted with ball weights attached to a string held by the falconer. When the raptor attacks, the rolling dive will tangle around the legs of both birds, thus ensuring the falcon cannot fly away. Further training involves both the string and treats, often meat from the same small birds, encouraging the predator to return to its handler. Centuries of war between the gods have caused an imbalance in the mortal world. Stark lines of division have resulted in three species, all vying for survival against an increasingly harsh world; The Tasuri, demon-shifters with noble houses stretching back before the founding of cities, shapeshifters in their clans and dens, and the Acera, those without fang, claw, wing, or hoof. The Science Of Reality Shifting
Challenging the cynicism of determination, both scientific and theological, is a necessity for the inquistive mind looking to break free from the chains of our current reality. Then the divine beings tried to correct the mistake and removed the mismatched soul from its unfitting body, slinging it to a distant world with a new body to control. The human flesh-prison replaced with the unlimited options of a shapeshifter, the soul has now a magic-filled world to explore. Grow fur for a mountain hike, grow gills and fins for a deep dive. It's time to catch up on decades worth of missed travels and activities. But who wants to deal with the flesh-craving predators called shapeshifters? Another global purge could start, if the freshly transferred soul shows its abilities too much. ---- The rankings are a mystery to me - especially after this story made it to No. 1 under the shapeshifter tag (and others). He said enthusiastically as the Granny softly caress his small and smooth hand. The boy then ran to his friends as one of them calling him to play football. The Granny look at the boy silently with a solemn smile. Her eye narrow in a soft and gentle gaze she give to the kids that was playing at her yard. "He will be." she said before stand and walk to a well. The boy were born as a normal human. There is no easy way for him to be a magician. he has no mana in him. Or that's what everyone expect from him. Writer: "Hey, that's enough reminiscing about your past. it's the story description section. Not the story yet!" Nakajima: "Fine. I will start with the description." Writer: " good. get back to work." 13 Land Under Holy Crystal Blessing, as the name suggest, It was about a holy crystal that blessed a land. like a mainland or somesort. So... Writer: "is that really the right way to make a description?" Nakajima: *sigh* There is a mainland with 13 state under a flag named Melloyern. These all 13 state have it's very own holy crystal that bless the state individually. But, the crystal contains powerful amount of mana that makes every single person in Melloyern going for it. A group of magician called Denials were up to collect all of the crystal to keep them safe from wrong hands. There is a lot of hindrance in their path such as the Kingdom of Melloyern itself is turning against these guys. Still there are more. Can they survive? it's up to them to decide.
