Austin and Alan have been friends since birth. Their families are friends and well, Austin and Alan have great lives. Alan may not be popular but he has a good handful of friends. As for Austin, he's popular with the jocks and the petty cheer leaders. But he doesn't let the popularity get to his head. Austin only has a few friends who are actually friends.
Since it's winter break, the Carlile's decided to invite the Ashby's to a winter vacation in Tennessee. The Cabin they stay in is high up in the mountains. The parents of the two teenage boys decided to go out of town, but what they didn't know was that a massive blizzard is on it's way trapping the two boys in the cabin by themselves, having to survive a week by themselves. Maybe the blizzard was a Christmas miricale.
