Lanette Constancio has always had it rough. Her mother died when she was 8, and ever since then her dad was different. He came home drunk every night and abused her. She didn't have any friends and the people at school made her life a living hell. The only good thing in her life was her brother Alex and his best friend Austin. They cared for her and each acted like a father for her.
They didn't help enough though. On a warm Tuesday in May, Lanette stood at the edge of the bridge. This was it. Her time had come. Nothing could save her now.

The other was shocked. "N-no, I'm not good for anything, I'm nothing there's nothing for me." He shook his head many times, holding it in his hands after a bit. "No." "Can I touch you?" The boy who was trying to help this poor soul had approached a few paces. His voice was now quieter, more soft, and still caring. The boy at the bridge took a moment to think, then nodded his approval. The savior gently took the boy's hands delicately in his own and gently pulled the boy back. Well, less of a pull and more of a gentle suggestion. It worked and the boy stumbled down off of the edge. The boy started to cry. How could he be so weak that a boy, the same age as him, who seemed to have the same ideas and hatred toward himself as he, could keep him from stepping off? The other simply gently led him to his vehicle and took out a water bottle out of the backseat. The boy took it and looked at it suspiciously. "It's untampered, look, it's still sealed." Upon seeing this, the boy opened it and took a few sips of water. "Thank you. For the water." The savior smiled. "It's nothing much." He shrugged. "Have a phone? If you want I can put my number in and then you'll always be able to tell someone if you're having a pissy day." Surprisingly enough, the boy agreed. . They would both be around twenty.Complete

I'm going far away from you from your sick lies. don't show your face ever again." He spat angrily, wiping the tears with back of his hand. I looked at him with horror. " Alex please, Alex please don't go Alex please i.." i shut my mouth when i saw eyes which are filled with rage, disgust, hate, pain like he was daring me to say anything. "Never ever take my name again, you'll pay for it Mia, i'll make you pay." those were the last word i heard coming out of his mouth. He turned his back towards me and walked away from park. I looked at him, my eyes were sowllen tears were streaming down to my chin, my shoulder were shaking. I slumped in the ground, my knees hit the ground. Beep beep beep... "Where am I? Am I really dead? is my life really over! What happened to me?" I began sobbing uncontrollably, why did this have to happen to me? Save me Austin [ I wrote this FOREVER ago, I just thought I should say it's really..... challenging. There is a lot of self esteem issues and issues regarding mental health. I was in a very dark place when I was writing this- I just thought I should warn potential readers. I've also changed my writing tremendously! I do not write like this anymore. I think it's safe to say I rushed through the storyline and didn't develop my characters as wisely as I wish I did. And to that I apologize. The only reason I have not deleted this story is because this is just another demonstration of my past and a ledge from which I've jumped from to a higher level of thinking.
