Sage Ross moves to Point Place, Wisconsin after losing her mom in a car accident. Sage isn't your average girl, her rebellious underage drinking and partying make her the party girl she is - unfortunately, her consistent rebellion has gotten worse since the death of her mother. Just when she thought moving away from Baltimore was NOT going to fix her problems, she meets Steven Hyde who she eventually starts to fall for.

With a scrawny kid named Eric, a tomboy by the name of Donna, a foreign exchange student who goes by the name Fez, a not so intelligent boy called Kelso, his snobby girlfriend Jackie and two broken teenagers falling in love, there's never a dull moment in Wisconsin.
