All these short stories are from a challenge book called "Write the Story" by Piccadilly Inc. In each page of this book they provide you a set of 10 words you must use in your short story along with a story line they throw at you. I will continue all these pages to make a full story for them all to connect and continue to have the same person(s) in each. I'm in the process of giving this novel a title since I'm still in the process of writing it as well and unsure as to where it would lead to, so please bear with me. Words italicized are the words needed to be used in the story and chapter. Enjoy and search "Write the Story" book for more information. (WIP = Work In Progress).

~Her words were my poison. I used them to consume myself. Disturbingly honest. Painfully strained. Carefully penned down. Dangerously addictive.~ A journal that landed in the right hands and told a whole story with words, no lips could speak. Two people bound by the pages of a book that tore their souls apart. He found it lying around and wondered what could go wrong. He didn't recognise the handwriting but he knew he instantly fell in love with it. Then it began. The assault of words on his life. He couldn't believe a word she wrote but somehow he did. He knew more about her than anyone else but he knew so little about who she was... It was maddening. How someone could have such an impact on you without having a single conversation with you. Her precious words tortured his existence, they drowned him in misery, created a black hole of words around him, gave him everything he needed to live. Made him fall in love. Gave him a world of his own. Made him believe in rainbows, unicorns, coffee, the basis of happiness, the meaning of every sunrise, the mystery of every deep ocean, she made him human. He knew he had to find her. He had to find out who she was. He had given him all the clues he needed but none of them were enough to prepare him for who she was. But sometimes... The journey is more important than the destination. Sometimes, the journey is the destination. A book full of stolen pages and a boy full of curiosity. This was how he let her shape his story. __________________ Description inside. Italics = Journal entry. 500 word chapters. Okay, so I don't know if you want to read it yet but it would mean the world to me if you could give it a shot.

Zana Mccarthy is a bad girl with a reputation to scare, but she does a good job of balancing the good, the bad and the ugly in her life. But this all changes when Zana finally goes on a date with her long time crush, Jackson who subsequently leaves her in a middle of a date passed out by the ocean. This precedes a series of outrageous, dangerous, heartbreaking adventures where Zana discovers herself and how far she will go for the people she really loves. Will the bad girl fall slowly into the chaos? Or will she give up the one thing that sets her apart for a chance at real love. He came around to the side of the bed and bent over looking at me in the eye. A smirk formed on his face. As if it was amusing to see me scared out of my mind in Diana's bedroom. "Well," he begins, "It seems you have a nac for getting into trouble." I folded my arms, turned my nose up, and sized him up. "It seems your brother has a nac for being a douchebag," I snap back. He raised his hand up in surrender and back away slightly. He still had an amused look plastered in his face but the smirk was gone. "Fine you win!" I puffed an approval as an answer. He came closer then stared. "Get up. I'm taking you home sugarplum." I tightened the fold of my arms then looked at him with womanly confidence. "First of all, who the fuck gave you a right to give me orders. Second, don't call me sugarplum. . . . . " This is a wild tale, of love, secrets, mystery and murder no one will ever see coming!!
