Ever been to high school? You know how it is: boring education, unruly behavior, the works. Take that and apply it to mutants, humans with supernatural abilities. Exponentially worse. This is the story of one mutant student- scratch that, not-so-mutant high school student by the name of Drake. Read about his exploits to protect a princess, fix numerous school problems, solve mysteries, and learn to be a ninja. Fun, right? Sort of. Be prepared for action, laughs, and mass confusion.

Even the mightiest of warriors were once children, and all children eventually grow into teenagers. Here are a few stories of a few more than mere mortal teenagers as they go through the trials of high school. In a timeline where all the myths of humanity are true and more, humans live aside the oddness of "Other Beings". A Coexistence that brings forth all the results of clashing populations, both good and bad. Those who are born neither fully other nor fully mundane are collectively called "Demi-Human", and just like their mundane counterparts, demi-human teenagers have to go through the trials of high school and all the teenage politics that entails. This collection of stories introduces the 28 students of Class J of West Progress High's Freshmen Year. A rather odd bunch of students, even by demi-human standards, though they don't know that yet.
