The story follows the tragic life of a girl, Annabeth, during The Second World War, in England.
Her fiancé is Harry, a 21 years old boy, who has been enrolled to go to war against the Germans. He left when it was Annabeth's birthday. Grieved, she can't oppose the war departure.
Her story does not stop here, continue to impress us, being based on the spirit of sacrifice, compromises and last but not least, the love.
It will end well her nightmare? Can she be strong enough to overcome her problems? To these questions can answer us the book itself, written by Hannah Wolf.
