Isabella is a closed off Italian American teen who struggles with adhd, bipolar disorder, and somnambulism.  On top of mental illness, Isabella has to fend for herself after her father's death and mother's departure to Sorrento, Italy to live with other family. 
Isabella has no interest in love- or even friendship for that matter- because of her multiple disorders. But to her surprise she finds herself getting closer to a group of friends, three boys in particular, each with distinctive personalities and there own ongoing issues. Will Isabella be able to let down her barriers and possibly find love, or will her fears of hurting others get in the way?
