Isabella is a closed off Italian American teen who struggles with adhd, bipolar disorder, and somnambulism. On top of mental illness, Isabella has to fend for herself after her father's death and mother's departure to Sorrento, Italy to live with other family.
Isabella has no interest in love- or even friendship for that matter- because of her multiple disorders. But to her surprise she finds herself getting closer to a group of friends, three boys in particular, each with distinctive personalities and their own ongoing issues. Will Isabella be able to let down her barriers and possibly find love, or will her fears of hurting others get in the way?

Fictional men never lied to her. It's easy to live in fictional world. Real ones lied to her. They always did. Her father, her ex and worst of all her own best friend who knew what her heart yearns for and still plays games with it. So Isabella stayed in a fantasy world finding a way in the hearts of random billionaires in town attempting to create her own happy ending. Nothing ruins a fantasy like real feelings. And nothing tests loyalty like the best friend's hot charming older brother falling for the same woman he once ignored. In a real world where affection feels like a game of manipulation in disguise, Isabella has to think: Is it love or just another lure?
