A "Mao Mao: Heroes of Pure Heart" story. Ever since Mao Mao, along his Co-Hero Badgerclops, landed in Pure Heart Valley and met Mao Mao's little daugther deputy, he became the Sheriff from the mishap of breaking the protected barrier and are in desperate need for a new one. They were the protecting barriers of the lovely village.
Many adventures and fighting occur to time as justice prevails as always to the heroes after defeating evil monsters and thieving pirates. But, what makes a hero "a hero"?
Determination for Justice? Good Sense of Morals? A prove of worth and acceptance?
What are the exact needs does a Hero need?
Most importantly, what do these heroes need?

Queen Rosie of Pure Heart Valley has been doing good for herself lately; no political problems, happy citizens, and a forcefield protecting her kingdom from the dangers of the outside world- or at least until her ex fiance (Mao Mao) came in unannounced and broke it. This story is basically just my AU, and I'll try to keep it accurate to the show. Y'all will have to bare with me on some parts because I haven't watched the show in a few years. I also have this marked as "mature" because of language and probably more descriptive violence than what's in the show. (Story written in 1st person, present tense) Where the strong currents of the Reef lead Ao'nung to the jungles, and there he meets an Omatikayan boy willing to help him get back home. *** Upon one of the usual father and son quarrels, Ao'nung decides he's had enough, and so he flees his home, beyond the reefs--the last place he's allowed to go to, or any water Na'vi for that matter. It's a forbidden place. A no-go zone. It was supposed to be a break to clear his head, far from home, but not too far. He was supposed to return. But within hours he's swept away in the strong currents and ends up somewhere he does not know of. The jungles. He wants to cry and plead forgiveness for his hard-headed choices, but soon an Omatikayan boy stumbles upon him and is ready to kill him. Ao'nung has spent too much time away from home and grows helpless. Fortunately, the Omatikayan boy has a change of heart and decides to help him and takes care of him in the meantime. Unfortunately, something called "love" forms between the two boys of completely different lifestyles and separate clans. Ao'nung is torn. Mao Mao: Heroes of Pure Heart - Love & Lies
Mika Whiskers was looked down upon by her family (except for her mom, who died when she was young). She was abused both verbally and emotionally in her childhood causing her to eventually run away from home. After traveling for a while, and finding herself in the legendary kingdom of Pure Heart Valley, she meets Mao Mao, the sheriff of the town and his two companions, Badgerclops and Adorabat. She tells them she is a "traveler", afraid to tell them about her childhood abuse and that she ran away from home only a few days earlier. Mika becomes great friends with all of them quite quickly, and maybe even a little more than friends with Mao Mao... FIY, Mao Mao, Badgerclops, Adorabat, and Tanya Keys belong to Parker Simmons! I only own Mika ;3 Follow Café Meow Fanfictions (@falluroo)! They inspired me to make this book so so all credit goes to falluroo and Parker Simmons! :3 Also sorry if the story is SO RUSHED- I'm not very good at coming up with things to happen, I like getting straight to the point. And I know that can't always happen so I tried my best with this :'D Also there might be some cheesy parts so be warned 👌🏻 I hope you like the book! This village contained the magician's power of taming beasts, or simply put, Beast Tamers. They say you only have one spirit partner your entire life. Only the strongest of animals were linked with the strongest of tamers. How did the boy with the red scarf get linked with a legend? The legend of the great snow lions scared everyone. They were able to perform magic just like them, even giving them a human appearance to ward off predators of humankind. They were intelligent, ruthless, dominating, and the king of the pride. There was only one white lion left. One day, a man was caught snooping around the village. The man spotted the boy in the red scarf and just knew. He was the one. The powerful lion knew that the boy in the red scarf was him, his savior, his reason. Finally, the legendary beast met his tamer. Positive comments are always welcome. It's WAY too late to inform you people, but the art I used for the cover is by twincookies. Adorabat ALWAYS looked up to Mao Mao and Badgerclops ever since she first saw them (especially Mao Mao). She wants to train like them, fight like them, and BE like them. This story will take you through Adorabat's early childhood with two of her favorite heroes. She goes through the major ups and the tragic downs, but she knows it'll be worth it in the end.Complete
