Phoenix Burns - The name is kind of ironic considering her flaming red hair - she has a fiery personality to match. When she is sent to a centre which is focused entirely on musical therapy for troubled teens and young adults, she is immediately taken with Gale Roxburgh - but Gale has her own issues which makes everything extremely difficult for her to deal with usually, so when she finally makes a connection with someone after being at the centre for two years, it's a pleasant surprise for everyone.
