My Misconceptions
As an orphan, Emma Johnson never exactly believed in miracles or magic of any kind. Or even the proclaimed superheroes everyone loved. That all changed the fateful night when she was mugged and attacked. At that point in her life, she had come to the conclusion that she wouldn't amount to much, and as she lied half-conscious on the ground, she couldn't help but think that she deserved this kind of death. She didn't want it, but it seemed appropriate to someone with nothing to call her own. Then in swoops in her own personal superman, saving her and taking her back to his place where she wakes up the next day. She is then surprised to find that everything she thought was fake before, was suddenly coming to life before her eyes. And what's even more shocking is, she's been in the middle of it her whole life. Description credit goes to my friend, dropsofargent, who so kindly wrote the description for me. The Starlight Sentinels: The Amusing Story of a Struggling Superhero Team
A man, a woman, a boy, a girl, a demon, and an alien, all walk into a bar... THEY FIGHT CRIME! The Starlight Sentinels goes beyond The Watchmen's question of "Who would want to be a superhero?" by asking "Who would want to be a superhero if being a superhero was just another job people needed doing?" The Starlight Sentinels, that's who! They're not your traditional superhero team, and they're not the other guys either, nor are they the grizzled antihero type. Instead, they're just people who happen to work as superheroes in a world where being a superhero isn't so much a call to greatness as it is an eccentric career choice and super villains are just another problem that people try not to think about. Drawing inspiration from films such as Shawn of the Dead and TV series such as the Venture Bros, the Starlight Sentinels was crafted to be an amusing and occasionally action-packed adventure grounded by a diverse cast of humorous but relatable characters. You may laugh at their numerous missteps, but you'll also be cheering for these heroes and heroines hard-earned triumphs as well. Join this comedic costumed cabal in their debut adventure as they fight crime and battle the forces of evil anytime they're not stuck filling out forms for the police, trying to appease their overbearing corporate sponsor, struggling to gain recognition from an apathetic public, or arguing over whose turn it is to do the shopping in this hilarious tongue-in-cheek tale that takes on all things superhero! If you enjoy the first half of The Starlight Sentinels, you can pick up the full book on every major eBook seller, or order a printed copy from Amazon or Createspace.Complete
The Demon Queen Reincarnate(A. Voldigoad)
[Slow Updates] Akari Delhevia- ahem, wrong last name. Let's try that again. Akari Voldigoad, Demon Queen of Tyranny and wife of Anos Voldigoad. Everything was cool, kinda, until they got reincarnated. Good thing is they met each other again! Bad thing is Akari doesn't remember who he is, since she believes her husband is Avos Delhevia, a fraud demon king. And yet she's never seen his face. Funny. Seriously, what kind of Queen forgets her King??? Sadly Akari Voldigoad, or rather Akari Delhevia in this life. As Anos goes on to remind everyone who the real demon king is, Akari realizes that she's starting to fall for this Anos Voldigoad guy. What'll happen when she realizes he's the actual demon king and her husband? I do not own The Misfit of Demon King Academy, nor the storyline(well, some of it ig). It belongs to its respective creator. I only own my oc/ocs. I don't own the cover or any art or gif I use in this story unless stated otherwise. Rankings(as of right now): #3 in mishanecron #3 in sashanecron #4 in themisfitofdemonkingacademy #44 in anosvoldigoad | Anos Voldigoad x Fem!Oc | fluff, angst?, comedy, romance | Season 1: Ongoing | Season 2: TBA
The Bad Boy's Secret |Complete|
When you're a teenage undercover as a part-time superhero you have three options: You can pull on the nerd/geek high schooler or a bad boy/outcast type of high schooler. There's always the bystander, but that's never any fun. Whatever fits you most. I definitely fell into the category of a bad boy/outcast. I've always been a bit 'intimidating', so they say, even before I got my powers. So I stuck to it. Besides, who would ever think that the bad boy is actually a superhero? Apparently, a certain someone, Jenna Davison if we're going to be specific, the good girl somehow caught on to my little alter ego. And well that kind of turned both of our lives upside down, inside out, and just backwards!Complete
Deku's Biggest Fans - {Hero's True Love Series Book One!}
Yumiko Nakamura was one of the few lucky ones to get into UA High. Of course, it wasn't through the Hero Course as she hoped. With a slightly less than perfect quirk, having butterfly wings that could appear and disappear through her clothing connected to her back and stick to her back for comfortable sleeping as well very little light controlling ability, she was just thrown into the General Education department. She didn't let it bother her though. She did what she could to help the Hero Course succeed even if she was deep in the background doing her part. Ten years after graduation, she is walking home one day when she is attacked by an unknown assailant who blindfolded her while he did his evil 'business' about three hours before a hero found him doing his evil 'business' with her. Five years later, she is walking her adorable little girl to preschool before heading off to work herself. With the guy still at large due to him escaping the Hero who was more concerned with Yumiko's state of being, Yumiko is putting it past her. When her five year old daughter Manami's preschool is attacked by villains looking to put a dent in the next generation of heroes, Manami is rescued by her all time favorite Hero, Deku, which brings Yumiko to relive memories of her time at UA watching the boy begin his journey. As UA graduates, the two begin to connect and that's where their story truly begins. {Starting with this story, I will be doing a book series all about you guessed it... LOVE! True Love, soulmates, etc that have a deep meaning behind each book! Mature because it just may get... MATURE later on. No idea yet.}Complete
