Alexander Bane is a warlock, and Magnus Lightwood is a shadowhunter, and it's not exactly the norm for them to be in love, or for Magnus to love a guy at all. Nobody knows that he is bisexual, let alone that he has a crush on a stuttering warlock boy. When their plot to see each other goes wrong, who can they turn to, when nobody can know about their love?
