Ergens in een land gelegen aan de linkerzijde van de Verenigde Staten woont Sem met zijn familie in het dorpje Eupen. Eupen is een klein dorpje dat ligt in de provincie Walpronie. In Walpronie liggen nog 2 grote steden, 1 groot dorpje en nog 1 klein dorpje. Sommige dorpen en steden hebben haat aan elkaar. Er ontstaan ruzies tussen dorpelingen en stadsbewoners. De boel staat op ontploffen in Walpronie! Als de zaken in Walpronie zo door zullen gaan dan zou er een burgeroorlog kunnen uitbreken.
