Peter Parker is a 15 year old boy from Queens NY, he lived with his aunt may up until 2 weeks ago when she was killed in a hit and run, he now lives in an orphanage. he feels alone and like everyone has abandoned him, when one day he runs into Natasha Romanoff while on his way back from school.
(this is after the suit gets taken away and he hasn't seen her in a couple of months)
