Boring & Young

I kicked it softly with my foot. It didn't move. This ugly feeling peeked at my skin, their was no hope for it I thought.

Steek should have stopped when we told him so. We were too deep and too close to mortals to be acting this stupid. I scolded him right before he crashed the small girl.

It wasn't an ugly sight to look at, she was their on the ground sleeping forever. A little bruise on her pale cheek but nothing huge. The only blood came out of her eyes just like all our victims did.

Kenya saw the blood first, she strangled Steek to the ground. Lifting his chin up and watching a petal fall from his branches. He only had two left.

Kenya was the only one crying. Steek tried to calm her down, while me and Hazel took the little girls body and prayed. Soon enough it was engulfed in light and she was gone.

And then we both looked at our necks, just like we did when we were children, and we watched a petal fall from our necks.

When all those petals are gone their will be no more of us. No more witches.
