Matinding mental block ang tumama sa Romance writer na si Jianina. Ang hirap kasi ng estoryang nakatoka sa kanya. Ang tema, historical romance! Paano niya bibigyan ng hustisya ang magiging hero niya kung ni wala siyang ideya sa hitsura at OOTD ng mga lalaking nabuhay so many decades ago? Umaatikabong research ang kailangan niya.
Buti na lang, inalok siya ng editor niya na magbakasyon muna sa ancestral house ng mga ito sa Quezon. Ma-i-inspire raw siya, panigurado. Kaya naman pala, dahil ang destinasyon niya, isang lumang mansyon na inagiw na ng panahon.
