The One Ring has been discovered.

Found by the most unlikeliest creature during a quest to save a homeland in the dark caves below the Goblin city: a Hobbit of the Shire. Bilbo Baggins.

But it has been more than 60 years since then, and the Ring yearns for its master. With the Nine released and searching, it takes four young Hobbits to see it safely to Rivendell, where envoys from the Old and new Alliance convene: The Steward of Gondor's eldest son, the prince from Mirkwood, the Ranger Striker, and a group of Dwarves from Erebor.

All come to this city, hoping for council on matters happening in their lands, but are roped into something that effects them all.
