Namanya Tuti. Wanita itu berumur empat puluh tahun. Rambutnya panjang tapi tipis tak terrawat. Kulit wajahnya cokelat tua khas orang desa. Tingginya sekitar 150 cm. Dia pandai berbahasa kromo alus. Sebagai seorang pembantu rumah tangga, dia cukup rajin dan tekun mengerjakan semua urusan dapur dan kebersihan rumah. Tuti menawarkan jasa tenaga dari satu perumahan ke perumahan lainnya.
