" There must be an easy way out?" I screamed

" There is never an easy way out. You either survive your way through, or die" he replied

Being the daughter of a famous journalist and the step daughter of an historian can have its advantages : famous family friends or even contacts, a very well working brain and a perfect report in school, a whole set of informations at home.
But it also means no family time and business trip for her parents as well as a lot of expectations from her teachers and parents. Andromeda Johnson has gone through this her entire life and is pretty much used to it all.

But what if her life was to change completely due to a simple history project? What is she could reveal and solve one of the oldest mystery ever ? What if she could travel back in time and change it all?

Facing The Sun بقلم Charlie_Emerson

While the rest of the Andromeda Galaxy thrived with interplanetary travel; civilizations sharing knowledge across the stars-Ivis Ryoko's homeplanet, Neurothon, remained stubbornly grounded in isolation, and refused to look beyond its own atmosphere. For Ivis, each sunrise brought another day of impossible choices. In a society where violence wasn't just common, but celebrated, she learned the bitter truth about survival: sometimes staying alive meant staining your hands with the very brutality you despised. Every scar she bore told a story of resistance, of moments when she was forced to become what she hated most just to live to see another dawn. But while her people seemed content in their savage traditions, Ivis dreamed of something more than the endless cycle of violence. Armed with determination and scraps of forbidden knowledge, Ivis spent two years secretly constructing a transmitter-hoping to send out some sort of distress signal to escape the planet she had been trapped in. By some miracle, she managed to get it working, for about... thirty seconds. And at first, those thirty seconds seemed useless. Those two years seemed useless. And Ivis felt hopeless. That was until a spaceship landed in the forests near her home. Her way out. For the first time ever, escape felt tangible-real enough to touch. There was just... one small problem. In a moment of instinct honed by years of survival on Neurothon, she might have already shot the supposed pilot with an arrow.

*Slowly being edited* Legend has it that a long time ago,Apollo, son of Zues and Leto fell in love with Eirine, the daughter of Poseidon and Malantheia...with which she bore him a daughter who they named Kai. Their beautiful daughter was born on July the 18th,under the full moon. She had the most beautiful eyes any person had ever seen, engulfing them in such a trance of beauty and sirenity. Her eyes shown pure white, revealing the beautiful specks of detail, with two small pools of blue and purple under the pupil. They were just one of the reminders of her uniqueness. Apollo and Eirine knew that they had to hide her away from the world, with his affair he had with Eirine, their daughter would not only be in danger by the other gods and kingdoms, but the light lavender colour in her eyes meant she would be destined to be a vessel/Childbearer for a lycanthrope prince. Together they decided that Eirine would run away to live on earth as a normal person and not as a goddess. She would be hidden with their daughter, until they figured something out. But...word leaked out and as Apollo bid her farewell they were caught in a crossfire between two elements, that of the sea and the other from the lands. Each side fought over who would take the child, because it was said that she would be the next in line in Poseidons sea world kingdom,or that she would be the next ruler of a kingdom on land, whether it be her mates or not. Her existence brought war and Chaos upon them all.Knowbody cared for the now 6 month old baby, all they wanted from her was the power she possessed, and for the great things that were destined in her future. Amarédasse, Daughter of Poseidon بقلم RomancticPrincess
27 جزء undefined أجزاء إكمال
Prophesied at birth that she would defeat Poseidon's last remaining enemy once she reached the age of eighteen, Amarédasse has been kept virtually a prisoner in her own home and unaware of the prophecy by orders of her father, Poseidon, while her older brothers and sisters enjoy the freedom that she craves. One day, just before her eighteenth birthday, Amarédasse inadvertently discovers a secret passageway while exploring the palace basement with her cousins, Hebe and Makaria. Once the young mermaid princess uses the passageway to escape she begins to explore the outside world and she comes across a human kingdom whose patron god is none other than her own father. As Amarédasse explores the kingdom she then unknowingly meets its Crown Prince and falls deeply in love with him she is unaware that her father's enemy is watching her every move waiting for an opportunity to strip her of her life. Will Poseidon trust his daughter with the truth and tell her why he kept her locked up her whole life? Will Amarédasse fulfill the prophecy and bring the Golden Age back to all humans and merfolk? Will Amarédasse and her prince live happily ever after like her parents? Read and find out. I dedicate this sequel to my Poseidon fanfiction story to the creator of the Sims 3 machinima trilogy VanityMovies and the entire cast. Yeah, I painted the cover although even I have to admit I'm not much of an artist and I'm still learning how to work that thing.
