Analysis:

This is a poem about a person who hides behind a tough exterior. Deep inside, she's really a coward/ a weakling. She wants to break free but at some point, she can't because she thinks that without her MASK of dominance, she will be belittled and thought of as crap. In the end, she somehow concluded that she might never let go of her mask.
