¿Qué sucedería si la civilización se está cayendo en pedazos por culpa suya? Eso es lo que le sucede al protagonista de Survive or Succumb , un científico teórico del Laboratorio de Materiales Anómalos del Centro de Investigación BlackWatch, un enorme complejo científico subterráneo y ultra secreto instalado en una base militar en desuso emplazada en el desierto de Nuevo México donde se buscaba crear, mediante modificaciones genéticas, superhombres. Sin embargo, durante un experimento algo no sale según lo previsto. Consecuencia de ello se desataría una plaga. Una totalmente diferente a las anteriores que el ser humano ha vivido, y donde nuestro protagonista buscará sobrevivir.
