Balancing Student Life With Job

As you may all know by now, every month I interview someone to get the different perspectives and aspects of going to college. This month, I decided to interview a current college student to talk about financial stability in college and what it's like balancing school with a job. For this interview, I decided to interview one of my Head-RAs at SMASH, Mayra Mena. Mayra is a Mexican-born college student from San Jose, CA who's a rising junior at UCLA. I met her last year during my second summer as a SMASH scholar when she started as an RA. She plans to major in Sociology, where I wish Mayra the best in her last two years at UCLA for her undergrad.
