She was now engaged to a big time lawyer in New York and couldn't be happier. She left so many friends behind but she also left behind someone that she thought she would spend forever with. But he broke her heart. When Jessica shows up at the reunion Kelly Severide is shocked. He never expected to see her again. He broke up with her the night she left Chicago because he didn't want to hold her back. He has hated himself since that night. Lily Jacobs is the new paramedic on ambulance 61 with Leslie Shay. On Jacobs first day she catches the eye of the lieutenant Kelly Severide. The only problem is she has a boyfriend. But something about the lieutenant kept drawing her in. Once she finally left her boyfriend and showed up at Shay's and Kelly's, bags in hand, they immediately took her in. The three of them had become close friends. But Lily was carrying around a secret. Something that know would change how her firehouse family would treat her.
