Ivy Becker is a 17 year old orphan who owns a shelter for injured pets where she nurses them back to health. One day, she stumbles across an injured MistDragon and takes it back home with her while she's out scouting. After she nurses it back to health, the dragon stays close and refuses to leave Ivy alone with the dangers of the mountain she calls her home.
