Following the horrible aftermath of attending what should've been the greatest moment of her life, Selene finds herself thrown over an all powerful god's shoulder and whisked away to what she thought was her paradise. After the death of her close friend Lia, Selene felt awfully alone and guilty as she believed that the death of Lia was indeed her fault. The other handful of her friends had been dragged off by other neanderthal deities, excluding her crush Cory who had been selected to be a slave to Aphrodite after confessing his attraction to her.

Selene is thrown into one confusing situation to another, trying to balance the pressure of finding her friends and fleeing Olympus as well as stalling the trials she has to pass in order to become Apollo's esrthai officially: something she was hellbent in not doing.
