A cold weary night was ahead. But it was just another mission to finish, another person needed to kill or just something needed to retrieve. I watch silently as the Jumbotrons flash pictures of criminals, reports or advertisements for the pu blic to see. I am Akashi Kei the top assassin in the M.A.G or the Military Assasins Group. People always think that assassins are only for killing people but we do more than that. I sigh as the news flashes before me:

Mexico would have a conflict against an Empire with a vast army of samurai that would try to invade the homeland. This was just the beginning of this historical tale. Ruka, a girl with a troubled and at times traumatic past who usually fought alone, accepts after barely losing a sword duel to Hana. She soon finds herself bonding with the other members of the Fox Knights, in particular their second-in-command and only boy Yoshiro Arikawa despite the two of them frequently arguing, and she also finds herself becoming its third-in-command and primary trainer as they battle magical beast after magical beast.
