Percy Jackson the son of Poseidon was casted into Tartarus because they thought he is to powerful and just to make it worse the only reason for their act was the request of the campers to banish him for 'beating' campers up. Of course a lie. He never did something like that but only Apollo and Artemis know because of their domains of the moon and the sun. Still Zeus banished him for being a threat to Olympus and for beating younger campers up.
