He watched Oswald change from a sniveling umbrella boy to The Penguin. To repay his loyalty, the Riddler pushes him to Oscar, a sweet pastry chief with dimples for days.
Are they truly the match Edward assumes? Can Oscar truly be what Victor Zsasz needs?
