In a world covered in ruin lays untold horrors, as large monstrous creatures that take the form of twisted creatures of all shapes and sizes, know as The Twisted, now rule the waste land that once was Earth. We follow our main character Adam, as he does his best to survive the ruins without being butchered by the monstrous creatures that seem to rest in every shadow. Accompanied by only the whispers in his head, and a small doll that seems to talk to him no matter how hard he tries to ignore it, that goes by the name of Flowey.
