10 years ago, there was an incident that led to a war that engulfed Kivotos - the Dark Dawn Incident. Thousand upon thousands of Kivotos girls died tragically even with their special capability. All by the hand of the opposite gender. In just a few months. Kivotos had deported ANY person who was male; they claimed it to be the only path to Peace. But is this what "peace" really is? And so, ten years later. The Eisenberg Military Academy (EMA) was formed in secret as a heavily armed student force of the Kaiser. Will this "War to end all war" really end all the wars between males and females in Kivotos?
