Ghorepani Poonhill Ghandruk trek is one of the most renowned treks around the globe. It is one of those treks where you enjoy the natural and cultural aspects of Nepal.  Unlike other high altitudes where you get the adrenaline rush in the wild;  this trek is more about the flora and fauna, rhododendron forest, incredible mountain views, Gurung inhabited villages and especially;  the panoramic sunrise and sunset from Poonhill 3,193 m.

Ghorepani Poonhill Ghandruk trek starts with your arrival in Kathmandu. After a brief stay in Kathmandu, your trip begins. Next day, you will fly to Pokhara which is the most popular holiday destination in Nepal. So, Relax and enjoy beautiful Phewa Lake and the wonderful view of the mountains including the massif view of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail Peak).

Trekking through the rhododendron forest during March - April gives you an opportunity to witness different colors of rhododendron blowing.
