In the distant future, our world has been decimated by wars and nuclear attacks. Scared, broken people are scattered across the country, wandering aimlessly. Terrible danger lurks in every shadow and around every corner. And Taya, a strong 20-year-old, has had to survive it all.

When her little brother Mikey is kidnapped by a cruel gang, Taya must venture across this ruined world in order to save him. Along the way she encounters a group of soldiers amongst which is also a man she once loved, but thought she'd lost forever. They must overcome all obstacles and work together to get to her brother and save him from the mad, damaged people, all the while being scarred themselves.
