The doors to his study flew open his Beta and Wyatt waltzing in. "I did NOT give you permission to enter!" He boomed at their blatant disrespect. The two men bowed their heads showing their necks as a sign of submission. "Apologies Alpha but this is important." His Beta responded without looking up. "It better be now speak." But before his Beta could say anything a smell filled his senses, it wasn't a scent he was used to but there was something about it which had Magnar suddenly poking his head up. "Who is the female I smell." He growled. "She is the reason we barged in." His Beta stood tall again whilst Wyatt still remained bowed with his neck bared. "Why can I smell her on both of you!" Ryker wasn't sure why suddenly he felt like he wanted to rip the heads off of both their shoulders but the fact he could smell her scent on both of them had his blood boiling. "She was in the wood, we thought she was a rogue but...." His Beta trailed off. "Wyatt!" Ryder barked. "Yes Alpha." "Leave." Wyatt did as he was told and closed the door behind him. "Kylan speak fast my patience wears thin." "Ryder, she has the Goddess' tongue." Ryder was 31 and a lone wolf he had never found his mate and he was struggling to keep his animal at bay the longer he went unmated the more chance he would be lost to the wolf inside him. Alina was starting a new, she wanted a fresh start without thoughts of him plaguing her mind. She had decided writing would be her new found love and no man would break down her walls again....but Ryder wasn't a man

"What are you?" He asks me, breaking the silence. I am quite shocked by this question. Mostly because I don't even know how to answer it. "Werewolf. I think... And you are a vampire," I state. He nods. "You don't smell like a werewolf." He lifts his hand to my neck, moving my hair aside, and looks at the bite mark on my shoulder. "And you don't taste like one." I breathe superficially, scared of what he might do next. "I would be lying if I said I didn't want to taste you again." He says, leaving his mouth slightly open. I just stare at him with wide scared eyes. He looks up from my wound and wink at me, causing him to smile a bit and show a fang. I blink a couple of times and swallow, trying to water my throat. He sees me struggling. "Need some extra saliva?" He almost laughs at me... Athena, an omega of the Blood Moon Pack, has her entire life ripped into pieces when she attacks the eldest son of the Alpha in an attempt to save her sister. Bitterness starts to flow through her, as she embarks on a journey to find other rogues like her. It is no easy task, and she has to make compromises and give up previous beliefs before she can claim the title of the Queen of the Rogues.
