The vigilante Robin Hood was killed by Bone Crusher and Slasher, leaders of a criminal organization called the Red Death. Robin Hood's quirkless apprentice, Artemis, took up the mantle of Robin Hood after his untimely death. Artemis now protects the streets of Japan from the Red Death as Robin Hood in her mentor's stead while seeking revenge for his death.
