Just a small collection
From my young conception
To elicit some creep and fright

To make one think
And your stomach sink
From the horror before your sight

The knives and gunpowder
And the screams that ring louder
With hands in bloody latex glove

But no worries dear reader
(As long as you're not a bleeder)
There's plenty for one to love

While kitties purr and rain may drip
Portraits will live and teeth shall rip
With wise walls that witness the harm

Though in the end my dear lovelies
Even with avian mummies
You'll wonder, "was it all but a false alarm?"
